support@torque-fitness.comCommon things
My rides are not showing up
Open Profile → Connections and check that your sources — Hammerhead, Wahoo, Apple Health or Strava — still say connected. Access can lapse if you change your password with them or revoke Torque there. Reconnect, and Torque pulls in everything it missed. A first sync of a long history takes a few minutes and runs in the background — newest rides arrive first.
My readiness score is missing
Readiness needs heart rate variability, resting heart rate and sleep from Apple Health, which in practice means wearing a watch overnight. Check iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Torque and make sure those categories are on. Torque needs a couple of weeks of nights before the baseline is meaningful.
My FTP looks wrong
Torque estimates FTP from your hardest efforts over the last 60 days and shows you which rides produced the number. If it disagrees with a test you have done, set it by hand in Progress → FTP → Edit. A number you set yourself is kept, not overwritten.
The plan does not fit my week
Open Calendar → Edit week to drag a session to another day or swipe it away. For anything bigger — illness, travel, a late night — use Something came up? under the week in Calendar and say it in a sentence. The plan reshapes around it, and tells you what it changed.
I want my data, or I want it gone
Delete your account any time in Profile → Account; rides, plans and analyses go with it. For a full export of everything Torque holds on you, email the address above and we will send it. See the privacy policy for what is kept and where.
What Torque needs
- An iPhone running a current version of iOS.
- Your rides from at least one source: Hammerhead or Wahoo straight from your bike computer, Apple Health (Garmin and Apple Watch rides), or Strava. Connect everything you use. A power meter gets the most out of Torque, but heart rate alone works.
- A watch or ring that tracks sleep, optionally, through Apple Health, for a daily readiness score.
Something we should fix
Bug reports are welcome and useful: use Send feedback in Profile, where you can add a screenshot, or email us. Tell us what you did, what happened, and what you expected — and if you can, the date of the ride or the session it happened on. That is usually enough to find it.
